Final Tour Preparation: June 14 Concert in the Tabernacle!

Before the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square head west for their 2018 tour, they finish their preparations with a pre-tour concert featuring the repertoire to be performed on the road. The public is invited to attend the concert in the Salt Lake Tabernacle on Thursday, June 14, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are not required. Admission is open to everyone five (5) years of age and older. Doors to the Tabernacle will open at 7:00 p.m.

Music for the seven tour concerts has been drawn from the Choir’s wide repertoire, which ranges from choral masterworks to inspirational music from around the world to American folk hymns and much more. “There is nothing quite like hearing the Choir and Ochestra live in concert and experiencing their signature all-encompassing sound,” remarked Ron Jarrett, president of the Choir. “We love going on the road and seeing firsthand the pure joy music can bring to the hearts and minds of our fans.”
