“Flight of the Bumblebee” was composed in 1899 for a Russian opera. Since its debut, the song has been performed in TV shows, cartoons, movies, computer games, and more. Musicians from heavy metal bands to pop stars and orchestras have used the elements of the song in their performances. Once, an accomplished pianist played it on an iPad during a concert.

“Flight of the Bumblebee” is known for its fast pace and quick tempo. The song usually takes about two minutes to complete, but multiple violinists have played the song in less than a minute
