Up Close with Laura Osnes

When guest artists come to sing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square, their schedules are tight and focused. Often, the only time fans get a glimpse of the artist's personality is during the Friday morning press conference and the few moments on stage between songs.

This year, we got up close and personal with the guest artists and asked them get-to-know-you questions, such as “What is your favorite TV game how?” “New York or Chicago style pizza?” or “Who was the last person you took a selfie with?”

Returning guest Laura Osnes was a great sport and enthusiastically plowed through more than 20 rapid-fire questions in just a few minutes. She was interviewed by Mormon Tabernacle Choir soprano Ali Barton. When asked what her favorite school subject was, she was quick to say “Choir,” but we won’t give the rest of her answers away, so you’ll just have to watch the video. We hope you enjoy getting to know Laura Osnes as much as we did. For more videos and insights on Laura Osnes, visit her guest artist page on MoTab.org.
