Living the Map CEO Daniel Seddiqui Sings with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir
On Thursday, August 23, 2018, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir was joined by a special guest during rehearsal. Daniel Seddiqui—also known as the “World’s Most Ambitious Job Seeker”—sang with the Choir during the Thursday night rehearsal.
After failing to find a job after 40 interviews, Seddiqui set out on a journey to work 50 jobs in 50 states to “see what America’s all about.” His jobs included being a coal miner, rodeo announcer, weatherman, model, cheesemaker, furniture builder, golf caddie, and border patrol agent. In Utah he worked with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints humanitarian services.
Seddiqui is a bestselling author, international motivational speaker, and the CEO of Living the Map. His story has been featured on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, National Public Radio, C-Span, World News Tonight, Today Show, and Weather Channel. The website livingthemap.com outlines his unique purpose:
“[Living the Map] raises awareness of the varying cultures, careers, and environments across the country through outreach, educational endeavors, and community building. Daniel encourages those to explore the world around them, to understand and respect one another and to make continuous discoveries to better themselves.”
Currently, Seddiqui is working on a documentary film titled the American Bucket List Challenge, which led him to Salt Lake City, Utah, to sing with the Choir.
