Featured Guest Artist: SISSEL

The Choir and Orchestra are thrilled to welcome back internationally acclaimed, Norwegian-born singer SISSEL, as the featured guest for this year’s concert. Known for her “exquisite, crystalline, and captivating” voice, Sissel first performed with the Choir in 2005 on Music & the Spoken Word and in 2006 for the Choir and Orchestra’s annual Christmas concerts. Audiences fell in love with her. “The sincerity and purity of her voice captivates everyone who hears it,” remarked Mack Wilberg, music director of the Choir. The Choir has worked for many years to arrange a return engagement, resulting in these summer performances. Read here about 7 things you didn't know about Sissel.
