Eatnemen Vuelie (Frozen Theme Inspiration) - Sissel & The Tabernacle Choir

For the full concert with Sissel and The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square:

Internationally acclaimed Norwegian-born singer, Sissel, performs "Eatnemen Vuelie" ("Song of the Earth") by Frode Fjellheim and arranged by Emily Crocker. The song includes part of the Christian hymn "Fairest Lord Jesus." "Eatnemen Vuelie" was later adapted for the opening musical number of Disney's "Frozen," known simply as "Vuelie." This performance came during the 2019 Pioneer Day Concert with The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square.

Audiences still have not forgotten Sissel’s stunning performances at the Choir and Orchestra’s 2006 Christmas concerts and still regard her as one of the favorite guests of the Choir. The concert was shown in 2007 on PBS stations to 4 million viewers around the country. The Christmas CD, Spirit of the Season, was #1 on Billboard’s Classical chart for nine weeks and was nominated for two Grammy® awards.
