Daily Organ Recitals
Monday–Saturday at 12:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. — free, 30-minute recitals in the Tabernacle on Temple Square.
A Century-Old Tradition
For more than a century, free public organ recitals have been a daily tradition in the Tabernacle on Temple Square. Each 30-minute recital is performed by one of the Tabernacle Organists or Temple Square Organists, with occasional guest performances by visiting musicians.
Recitals are free and open to the public. No tickets are required. Doors open shortly before each recital.
Exceptions in 2026
Daily recitals are cancelled on the following dates due to General Conference and other special events. Specific cancelled dates are posted as they are confirmed.
If you are planning a trip to Salt Lake City and want to attend, please check back closer to your visit.
Dates with no recital
Recitals run every day of the week apart from these. An additional recital is held Monday through Saturday from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
