Christmas with The Choir

For many families, Christmas with The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square is where the season begins. Grandparents bring grandchildren. Friends who have not seen one another all year find their seats together. The lights dim in the Conference Center, and the first notes carry to the back of the hall.

The Choir and the Orchestra at Temple Square are joined each year by renowned guest artists, who lend their voices to carols the audience has known all their lives. There are hymns, familiar and new, and the Christmas story told in words and music.

At the center of the evening is that story itself — a child born in Bethlehem, and the hope that has followed ever since.

Tickets are free. Far more people ask than the Conference Center can hold, so they are given out by random drawing.
