SARATOGA SPRINGS — “It’s a Grand Night for Singing” was one of the selections in Monday evening’s concert at SPAC of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. As a description of the event, that title is apt but doesn’t go far enough. Experiencing the 250 voices and full orchestra felt like taking in the Grand Canyon. A natural wonder unique to America, it was majestic, legendary and once in a lifetime.
