MARC
I’m a husband, a father, and someone blessed with parents who gave me a good upbringing. While I can’t carry a tune to save my life, I carry a lifetime of memories of hymns sung with family, beside my dad, with fellow missionaries as we served together, and even in the quietest moments, floating alone in the ocean. In those moments, the Spirit confirmed truth to my soul and filled me with that warm rush of undeniable divine assurance I can never forget. For me, hymns have always been a bridge to heaven, reminding me, “When sorrows like sea billows roll—whatever my lot, Thou hast taught me to say, it is well, it is well with my soul.”
